We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead at HANX. Your primary role will be growing our DTC business and managing our digital marketing campaigns.

 

Alongside our founders and head of brand, you will be responsible for our digital strategy and scaling the online growth of the business.

 

You will manage HANX Facebook and Instagram adverts, including working closely with our team on different creatives and copy, managing and working within budgets, as well as reporting to our founders. You will also lead the google ad words and SEO strategy, developing campaigns and analysing performance regularly.

 

Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

 

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Manage performance marketing campaigns (Facebook/ Instagram)
  • Manage paid search campaigns (adwords, SEO)
  • Get stuck in with the nitty-gritty of digital marketing, including writing ad copy, suggesting creative ideas, and identifying new keywords
  • Analyse performance and understand details of effectiveness for each campaign
  • Drive performance through analysis of data sets
  • Localise campaigns dependent on market observations and company campaigns/ promotions
  • Adopt “test and learn” approach to marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with our small team to optimise results
  • Update reports and provide analysis on return on investment, campaign performance, customer purchasing patterns and website traffic
  • Achieve agreed upon targets indicators and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyse the sexual wellness space and market’s potential, tracking trends and research in the category.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the market
  • Supply co-founders with reports on performance, problems, interests, digital activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Actively contributing to our marketing strategy
  • Assist with other marketing projects as required by the business- we are a small team so it’s all hands-on deck!
  • Continuously improve through feedback

 

Capabilities Required:

  • 3+ years proven practical experience in Paid Social experience, preferably from another e-commerce / DTC brand
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
  • History of working with branded consumer focussed business
  • Passion for e-commerce marketing
  • Passion for HANX brand vision
  • An analytical mind, who loves analysing data, reporting and not afraid of spending lots of time in Excel
  • Highly data driven and comfortable with the key drivers of CAC and LTV
  • Attention to detail
  • Resourceful problem solver who can draw insights from data sets
  • Results orientated
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of what is working well at HANX
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English

  • You will understand the importance of consumers and will be always working to improve and deepen your understanding
  • Ensures ongoing utilisation of consumer and market insight to inform brand strategy

 

Strategic and Annual Planning

  • You will assist in the processes and management of Activity Planning

 

Category and brand strategy and activity planning

  • Works with the retailers ensure projects are being effectively executed – this will require building excellent relationships with, understanding the brand and business at a local level, acting as the day to day point of contact for markets on matters relating to the brand

 

Activity Execution

Agency and Partner Management

  • You will assist in the management of agency partners and their work on our brand

 

Engagement Generation

  • In-store/digital/PR/print- and generating the content for these chosen channels
  • You will support the management of key central initiatives

 

Activity Execution

  • Support the management of the strategy and detail of the work involved in delivering all aspects of brand activity in market (creative development, project management, commercial impact and measurement and evaluation) and working effectively within in the hybrid model to deliver world-class executions

 

Business performance management

  • Tracks, analyses, evaluates, and reports on the performance of key projects against objectives
